Personal profile

Theophilus Lartey is a Senior Lecturer in Accounting and Finance at the Leicester Castle Business School, ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡, UK. Before joining ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡, he was a Teaching and ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ Assistant at the University of Cape Coast Business School. He studied at the ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ (PhD, MSc.) and the University of Cape Coast (B.Com).

Theophilus is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). He teaches undergraduate and postgraduate modules/courses in finance and econometrics. Theophilus is research active and has published articles in leading finance and management journals, including the Journal of Financial ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡, Journal of Business ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡, International Review of Financial Analysis, Business Strategy and the Environment, and International Journal of Accounting & Information Management, among other journals. His research interests are in the area of Corporate Finance, Corporate Sustainability, Corporate Governance, Banking, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

He is currently the founder of Dream-Alive Foundation, Ghana, a capacity building (or capacity development) organisation that has a strategic vision of developing future leaders.
